Persona Studio have been engaged by Soller to work on the naming, strategy, branding and website for the 125,000 sq ft office and lifestyle building which will be located at the intersection of the Northern Quarter & Ancoats.
Utilising the existing character facades and integrating with the heritage of the NQ was key to our reasons for wanting to work on the project, it aligns perfectly with our approach to space & place for the communities they serve.
NXQ would feature a communal reception, a digital hub that provides break out space for occupiers, and a restaurant utilising the facade of the existing building to bring a juxtaposition between history and contemporary.
